i never new there a visual but your right. It does make sense for the CARB sticker. Have one on my injen cai. Damn thats crazy. Just say part by part. Which part wouldnt contain the CARB sticker?

The visual inspection for a smog check involves the guy that does the check looking at your car and then signing off for the DMV that he didn't see any illegal parts and then he can run the sniffer test.
In a turbo upgrade for the 420A none of the parts will have a CARB sticker. If you do it you will need to either find a shady smog place that will ignore it for an extra charge or you will need to keep all your stock parts and spend a day putting your car back to stock to smog it.
