Well yesterday night as I was driving back home from around universal studios I notice my car overheating like always

. I checked for leaks today nothing. I pressurized the cooling system to find leaks but none were to be found. I also pressurized the cap held the pressure perfect. I notice I will drive for miles and miles and miles as long as my car doesn't see boost it will be fine. So I parked it and removed the valve cover and to my surprise the ARP bolts had come lose only the bottom middle was torqued. The other bolts where almost all the way to the top of of the studs showing almost no thread. I would rev in neutral and see white smoke coming out the back only when in boost.
My questions is what should I do re torque the head and call it a day or replace the head gasket already. Is the head gasket seeing damage already or what. Also my antifreeze and coolant are not mixing. The head that is on there right now was the head from the detonated motor I bought. Should I rebuild this head since I can see oil on the exhaust valves or buy a good head and rebuild that one. What would you guys recommend I do. Before the headgasket thing my motor was seeing 170 across the board now it just drive weird. I didnt let the motor see crazy heat once the needle started going a little bit past the middle point I would pull over and let it cool down. Should I have both the head and block resurfaced or what.
