 Rear motor mount
Today the clutch got done and we came across a problem. My rear motor mount is broken. My question is, does anyone know how/have replaced this mount. It won't be for a few weeks since I don't have the moneys, but I just want to get this out there. I don't want to go to RRE or dealer (no offense Sam) because I don't want to pay an arm and a leg to have it done. Thanks in advance. ^_^

 Re: Rear motor mount
the fastest way to do it is by buying a haynes manual and look it up. its not hard once you see how it is bolted down.

 Re: Rear motor mount
Didn't you do the clutch today? You should of been able to see the bolts holding it down.

 Re: Rear motor mount
I did mine after i droped my new 6bolt inside. It's pretty easy, put all the bolts snug first then go back and back and put them in tight.

 Re: Rear motor mount
this should be in 1g tech, and it's not too hard to do, specially if you have the car on a lift =]

 Re: Rear motor mount
here's a link that might help you with the polyurethane inserts http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/article ... ts-1g.htmlmake sure you lube up the sides of the mount before trying to slip it into the bracket that's bolted onto the engine. believe me it'll make things easier.
