Look I really am doing stuff. This is my EVO3 O2 housing with the wastegate passage port matched to the Big 16G
Hopefully tomorrow I will install my fuel pump with no troubles and next weekend it will be turbo time.

I would say a hour and a half( because thats how long it should take) but everytime I say a time like that it ends up being more time for random reasons, bolts snapping and things of that sort so I always say a more reasonable time like 3-4. If it doesnt take that long then everything went well. just how it always works out. if you plan on 1 and a half then it takes 4. if you plan on 4 it takes 1 and a half

Buy some lube (pb blaster, WD40, etc) and spray all the bolts and stuff down the night before you change the turbo and then spray them down again, before you start loosening everything, belive me, it helps a ton. Also, plan on breaking a couple studs, because it will happen. Good luck and have fun. remember your oil return line wont line up on the 16G, you have to file the holes. RRE has a good write up on intalling a 16G in a 2G.
