Id say either your valve cover is cracked or the oil fill cap gasket could be leaking.

This is a fairly common problem with our cars.
the problem is the sealing rings that are part of the valve cover gasket set.
a LITTLE rtv helps when installing the rings.
mine no leaky after 20k miles.

yes a little grey RTV on the little sparkplug grommets will solve that.
