hey whats up fellows!! im in a dilema i dont know what to used, i have a 96 gst with the T28 my daily driver runing 11psi and i want to boost it up a lil more maybe 16psi just to the limit where i dont have to change pump and injectors, so i have a AEM tru boost controller(is for sale $200 ) that i havent installed but i also have a manual boost controller with the gauge ??? what u guys should recomend for my application??? and i dont know what installed please need help!!!

Personally I would use the manual boost controller and gauge and sell the AEM for money to get a wideband. |

I'm stuck under the same situation. But i looks like i might go with the MBC. RRE has a nice MBC for $45 |

How are you stuck, it's a clear cut choice. Can't go wrong with a ball and spring. |

so the manual is better?? because is mecanical and not electrical?? or why?? |

mbc gets the job done, some people like to control it from inside the car or they have a street tune or track/fun tune. In your case I would say the mbc would be better |

ok good and do u know which manual boost control brand is the best?? and where i can get it?? cus i think they dont have the dejon at RRE |

im sure you mean no name ones, ebay doesnt make anything haha I would search dsmtuners on what mbcs people use, maybe even make a want to buy thread in the classified section here someone might have one for sale. |

eBay boost controllers are trash buy a RRE. One call it a day ! |

MBC FTW. Yea its not as convenient as turning a dial and getting the exact-ish boost you may want from inside the car but for a DD theres no reason to spend more..... Unless you want to crazy and get a boost control solenoid, those things are awesome |
