i had the same problem last week. I put a zip tie around the hole. Lol. Its fixed tho

So I noticed some plastic pieces on the floor mat after I returned from running some errands and then noticed that my brake lights were not turning off. I wedged in a small nut up above the brake pedal lever(not sure if that's the right name) where the brake "lever" hits against some switch looking piece of metal and then the lights turned off. Does anyone know how I can get a replacement plastic piece or if there is anything else I can use. The nut is working fine for now while the car is parked but it obviously falls out whenever I press the brake pedal down. |

those switches can be found pretty cheap online. that reminds me i still owe sam one. |
