Are there any disadvangtages buy going with a cut out on the downpipe a stock exhaust all the way back??

nope nothing besides that fact that is not legal but so is removing your cat... i have a 3" electric cutout with Y pipe i was going to use with my awd stock exhaust but i dont know when or if ill get around to using it
