Damn, glad you're both okay. I agree w/ christ as to the close proximity of the insurance change and the crash. If he is covered by the insurance, I'd recommend letting THEM deal w/ things. They'll cover his bills and then go after the dealership to recover the money. Sure, get legal advice from an attorney, but taking the "opportunity" to make a fortune off suing the dealership will just make things worse for everybody. (Not saying it's your friends intention to do that, but so many people do crap like that these days). |
