maybe you are getting boost. Check for vacuum/boost leaks, What kind of vacuum are you getting? and btw if you are having problems starting check the firing order because when I did the swap I had to swap some of the plug wires. |

Did you do a boost leak test. The BOV will go off if your at 0 boost even. If you have a large boost leak you may hit 0 psi and not go above it, then when you let off it will blow off because of the backpressure making it go back to -24 etc. Do you feel the car pull when it gets into the upper rpms? |

the car will do nothing in the upper rpms its like the turbo is not even on the car. |

Do you ever see boost in the low-mid range or nothing past vac or 0? Running internal wastegate or external? Have you gave the actuator arm a tug if you're running internally to see if there is a lot of compression keeping your flapper shut? |

the boost gauge shows boost but im not getting any to the car. oh and i have a stock setup. just a frontmount ,intake. Im starting to think its my vacumlines but i dont know how to run all of them. |
